Frequently Asked Questions
LOW MOQ POOL
- UnboxLingerie helps aspiring and existing business owners source lingerie with a lower starting order quantity than a large bulk order may require. You can explore products, understand the available order options, and decide what fits your business before committing.
- No. You can enquire even if you’re still planning your business. Let us know whether you’re testing an idea, adding lingerie to an existing store, or developing a brand so we can point you to the relevant options.
- Yes. You can explore ready-to-sell products through our Low MOQ Pool instead of setting up your own manufacturing facility. This allows you to focus on selecting products, building your sales channels, marketing and understanding your customers before considering larger production commitments.

- Starting with a large inventory can tie up capital before you know which products customers will buy. The Low MOQ Pool helps you begin with a more controlled product investment, observe actual demand, learn about sizing and pricing, and use those insights to guide future purchases.
- It reduces the size of your initial product commitment; it does not eliminate the risks of running a business.
- Our starter model has been structured around an initial product purchase of approximately ₹25,000 for around 120 pieces, with shipping charged separately. The final quantity and amount depend on the available assortment and applicable prices. Please confirm the current offer with our team before making payment.
- No. You can explore the available selection and choose products according to your budget, target audience and sales strategy, subject to applicable minimum quantities and availability.
- The Low MOQ Pool is intended for selling selected ready-to-sell products and does not include custom branding or private labelling by default. If you want products developed or labelled under your own brand, enquire about our Make Your Brand or custom manufacturing options.
MAKE YOUR BRAND
- Make Your Brand is for businesses that want to build their own innerwear or activewear brand instead of selling only ready-to-sell catalogue products. Depending on the product and agreed scope, we can discuss product selection, fabric options, colors, sizing, labels, packaging and manufacturing.
- The Low MOQ Pool is intended to help you begin selling selected ready-to-sell products with a more controlled initial product commitment. Make Your Brand is intended for businesses that want to develop products under their own brand identity and work towards a distinct product offering.
- The minimum quantities, costs, customisation options and timelines differ between the two models.
- For the production programmed using a 300-piece minimum, the MOQ is 300 pieces of one style in one color. The 300 pieces can be divided across the available sizes according to an agreed size ratio, subject to the product's size range and production feasibility.
- The MOQ may vary by product, fabric, construction and supplier. We will confirm the applicable terms before sampling or production begins.
- Yes. The 300 pieces can be distributed across available sizes rather than requiring 300 pieces in a single size. For example, you could plan a size ratio of 30 pieces in S, 60 in M, 90 in L, 75 in XL and 45 in XXL, which totals 300 pieces.
- This is only an illustrative ratio, not a recommendation for every product. Your actual size distribution should reflect your target market, product measurements, customer profile and sales data. The available sizes and final ratio must be confirmed with the production team.
- For the 300-piece programmed described above, the MOQ applies to one style in one color. If you want the same style in two colors, the production minimum may apply separately to each color. Any exception must be confirmed before the order is placed.
- You can discuss custom product development with our team. Share your reference images, intended fabric, design details, target sizes, colors and estimated quantity. We will assess whether the product can be developed, what sampling is required and which minimum order quantity applies.
- It is helpful to have a brand name and logo before finalizing labels and packaging. If you are still developing your brand identity, you can discuss your requirements with our team first. Branding services, design support and associated costs must be confirmed as part of the project scope.
CUSTOM DESIGNING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Custom designing means working towards a product that meets your brand's specific requirements instead of selecting only from the standard ready-to-sell range. Depending on feasibility, this may involve design references, fabric selection, color choices, measurements, size grading, trims, labels, packaging and product construction.
To help us assess your request, please share:
- Product type and intended use.
- Reference images, sketches or an existing sample, if available.
- Preferred fabric composition and fabric weight, where relevant.
- Color and print requirements.
- Size range and measurement specifications.
- Padding, wiring, elastic, strap, seam or closure requirements, where applicable.
- Branding, label and packaging requirements.
- Target quantity, target market and expected price range.
The more specific the brief, the easier it is to assess feasibility and prepare a useful quotation.
- These requirements can be discussed as part of product development. The available support depends on the product, manufacturing partner and project scope. Final measurements, fit, fabric composition, construction and grading should be agreed and reviewed through the sampling process.
- Check the video: Custom Design
- Sampling requirements, sample charges and approval stages should be agreed before production. Where sampling is part of the project, the sample should be reviewed for fabric, measurements, construction, fit, color and finishing before bulk production is authorized.
- Timelines vary according to fabric availability, design complexity, sampling, approvals, production capacity, quality checks and dispatch arrangements. We will confirm the expected timeline after the product specifications and order requirements are reviewed. Do not treat an indicative timeline as a guaranteed delivery date unless it is agreed in writing.
